There are 120 tickets available for the conference. We recommend that you register for the conference as soon as possible.

Participants register for the conference online – as individuals or groups. It is possible to register all participants from one cathedral in a single registration.

Registration opens 6 June 2021 and closes 15 December 2021. (The deadline has been extended due to the uncertainty regardin the pandemic.) Please follow the link below to the website, where you may complete your registration form and make your payment.

In case of cancellation later than 15 December and before 8 January, we will reimburse 50 per cent of the conference fee. For cancellations made after 8 January, we cannot reimburse the fees already paid.

In case of cancellation due to government-imposed travel restrictions, we will reimburse the conference fees.

The Trondheim conference was initially planned for 2021, but had to be postponed due to the pandemic.

On 26 September 2021, Norway was re-opened and the government lifted travel restrictions for travel from all European countries.

As of 30 November, the spread of the omicron strain of the virus, creates new uncertainty. Norway still remains cautiously open, and we are assessing the situation in all our countries, still hoping to welcome you for the conference.

If the conference should have to be rescheduled, those who have registered will have their fees reimbursed or have their place transferred to the rescheduled conference.

Conference fees

The fees for attending the conference are NOK 2750 (approx. €275). This is slightly more expensive than the previous conference in Dublin in 2019, but the general cost of arranging a conference in Norway is somewhat higher than in some other countries and we hope you will understand that we charge a slightly higher fee.

The conference fee covers participation in the full programme, from Tuesday afternoon/evening until Friday lunchtime. This includes the following meals as part of the conference programme: Dinner Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Lunch Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. As some of you may be aware, alcohol is expensive in Norway and will have to be paid seperately if/when available.

If you feel able to contribute to a solidarity fund by paying €25 extra, you may add this to your registration. This would enable participants with less funds to be offered reduced fees.

Fees are payable by credit/debet card at registration.

If you are unable to attend the conference because of the conference fee, a small number of reduced tickets will be made available. These are based on the solidarity fund mentioned above. Please contact us for details. We will then provide application dtails, including details of a short declaration regarding your financial position.
