Fabrizio Guidi ble født i Milano i 1998. Han har studert med Giovanni Battista Mazza ved Milanos konservatorium. I 2019 ble han tatt opp i orgelklassen til Paolo Crivellaro ved Berlin University of the Arts, hvor han for tiden fortsetter studiene. I 2024 ble han tildelt førsteprisen i kategorien Barokkorgel ved den internasjonale orgelkonkurransen Xavier Darasse i Toulouse. Derfor er han ECHO Young Organist of the Year 2025.

In 2019 he was accepted into the organ class of Paolo Crivellaro at the Berlin University of the Arts, where he is continuing his studies.
