The Northern European Cathedrals Conferences are coordinated by a steering committee, headed by Rev. Lars Åstrand (Uppsala cathedral, Sweden).

The 2022 conference is organised on behalf of Nidaros cathedral parish by a local team comprised of the Dean, Rev. Ragnhild Jepsen, Precentor and Vicar, rev. Andreas Grandy-Teig, and Ms. Siv Smedseng.
