Nidaros Cathedral is hiring skilled stonemasons
Nidaros Cathedral Restoration Workshop is looking to hire two stonemasons to join our workshop team.
Nidaros Cathedral Restoration Workshop has a proud history of employing its own stonemasons to undertake the repair, maintenance and conservation work required on Nidaros Cathedral.
Now we are looking to enhance the existing team and have openings for 2 suitably qualified and experienced stonemasons. The contracts will be for 6 months.
About the workshop
The National Center of Competence for Listed Buildings in Stone is a department at Nidaros Cathedral Restoration Workshop, and consist of six workshops and a research and investigation unit.
Our main task is to take care of Nidaros Cathedral and the Archbishop's Palace. In addition we have a number of external assignments relating to listed stone buildings. In the stonemason's workshop, we are now looking for two versatile stonemasons for temporary employment from the summer of 2023 until the end of the year.
