Sommerens internasjonale orgelserie 2024/International organ summer series 2024
Vi ønsker velkommen til Sommerens internasjonale orgelserie. I forbindelse med 10-årsjubileet for restaurering av Steinmeyerorgelet inviterer vi til sju konserter med egne, nasjonale og internasjonale organister. Denne onsdagen er det duket for ECHO Young Organist of the Year 2024, Luca Akaeda Santesson fra Lyon i Frankrike.
Luca Akaeda Santesson er en ung lovende organist fra Lyon, som har studert i Lyon og Paris. Han vant i 2023 den berømte orgelkonkurrensen i Alkmaar, Nederland, hvor han viste stort overskudd og musikalitet. Ved konserten i Trondheim kommer han å spille på både Wagner- og Steinmeyerorgelet, og vi får høre musikk av blant andre J. S. Bach, W. A. Mozart og C. Franck.

We welcome you to International organ summer series 2024. This year marks ten years since the Steinemeyer organ was fully restored. We celebrate this with, among other things, seven organ concerts this summer - all at Wednesdays at 18.30. This Wednesday Luca Akaeda Santesson from Lyon.
Luca Akaeda Santesson
Luca Akaeda Santesson is a promising young organist from Lyon, who has studied in Lyon and Paris. In 2023, he won the famous organ competition in Alkmaar, the Netherlands, where he showed great energy and musicality. At the concert in Trondheim, he will play both the Wagner and Steinmeyer organs, and we will hear music by, among others, J. S. Bach, W. A. Mozart and C. Franck.

• Det er teleslynge i hele kirken. Dette fungerer best om man sitter lengst framme, mot alteret. Korsang og orgel er akustisk og forsterkes ikke.
• Rullestolplass med tilhørende ledsagerplass lengst fremme
• HC-toalett finnes i kjelleren - med heis ned like sør for hovedorgelet (under rosevinduet) i vest.

• Unnumbered spaces
• There is a telephone loop throughout the church. This works best if you sit at the front, towards the altar. Chorus and organ are acoustic and not amplified.
• Wheelchair space with an accompanying companion space at the front
• HC toilet is in the basement - with a lift down just south of the main organ (under the rose window) in the west.
